Some story formatting fixed

some stories had missing special characters or emdashes -- i'm not sure if this has been there a while or was only the result of the update i did yesterday, but either way, they have all been fixed!

All fics have been moved from AO3 to here, and have been moved to a private collection on my AO3 but will eventually be deleted off there.
